They greet the rising sunwith hammer, saw, and square.Where nothing stood for years on endthere is now an edifice there.Thought Bytes from the Carpenter is a collection of poems designed to make us pause, reflect, and consider our lives. With themes that span the gamut from thought provoking and heavy to light and whimsical, and sharing a deep connection to God and religion, these poems give us a sense of joy and encouragement, and awaken our memories. Using both free verse and rhyming poetry, poet Earl D. Silver provides readers with bites of poetry that feel like a snack at bedtime. Instead of eating a big heavy sandwich, why not pop a cherry in your mouth and savour the flavour?
